Who we are

Business customers only

We sell to businesses, not to consumers. By paying you confirm you are buying on behalf of a business, such as a dental or health practice. Consumer rights that apply only to purchases by individuals, such as the 14-day cancellation period for distance sales, do not apply. Your cancellation and refund rights are set out below and in your agreement.

What you buy

• Remote VIP Profit Diagnostic Day: £5,000.
• On-site Group VIP Profit Diagnostic Day: £7,500, including UK travel.

Each includes a preparation review, a working session of up to six hours (remote, or at the site named in your agreement), a written assessment within five business days, a prioritised 90-day action plan and a 60-minute owner read-out. The service covers the practice site or sites named in your agreement.

Price and VAT

We are not currently VAT registered and do not charge VAT. If VAT later becomes legally chargeable we will tell you first and issue a valid VAT invoice. This never increases the underlying fee.

Payment and booking

You pay by card through Stripe using the secure link we email you. After payment you choose your VIP Day date. The date is confirmed once payment has cleared and we have confirmed the booking in writing. If a payment does not go through, see payment help.

The £50,000 guarantee

If the written assessment does not identify at least £50,000 of estimated annual gross revenue opportunity, we refund the full fee you paid, with no deduction for travel or any other cost. The figure is the total of the opportunities in the report, worked out from the figures you give us and the assumptions the report states. The guarantee applies only if you paid in full, sent the figures we asked for by the agreed date (or agreed a limited evidence basis with us), your decision maker attended the working session, and you ask in writing within 14 days of report delivery. You keep the deliverables. It applies once per business and its group companies. It concerns opportunity identified, not revenue later achieved.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule once at no extra charge with at least five business days' notice.
• If you cancel before the working session, we refund your payment less preparation already done (charged at £150 an hour, capped as set out in your agreement) and any agreed external costs that cannot be recovered. We send you a breakdown and refund within 14 days of agreeing it.
• If we cancel, you choose a new date or a refund for the undelivered service.

Your information

We work only with anonymised operational totals such as diary numbers, enquiry counts and collected fees. Please do not send patient names, records, recordings or passwords. We keep your information confidential. We may use AI tools to analyse the anonymised totals you send, only from providers bound by contract not to train their models on it, and never with patient data. We never publish a case study without your written permission, and return or delete working copies on request after delivery.

Estimates

The assessment gives estimates based on the data and assumptions stated in the report. Results depend on factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee future revenue, profit or return on investment. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Liability and law

Liability limits are set out in your signed agreement. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The laws of England and Wales apply.
