Payment didn't go through? It's easy to fix.

Nothing has been charged if you saw an error. Your place is held, and you can try again in a minute.

Try these, in order

  1. Open the payment link in your email again

    Use the "Pay securely by card" link in the email from Darren. It carries your reference, so your payment is matched to your agreement automatically.

  2. Use a different card or Apple Pay

    Business cards with low limits are the most common reason for a decline. A personal or company credit card usually goes through first time.

  3. Approve the payment in your banking app

    Many banks ask you to confirm a large payment. Keep the payment page open, approve it in the app, then return to the page.

  4. Ask your bank to allow it

    If the bank blocks a one-off payment of £5,000 or £7,500, a quick call or chat with them usually clears it the same day.
